Art and Alicia have been happily married for 25+ years,
raised 4 children and are proud grandparents of 7 year-old Cody & 5 year-old Miranda. Their newest grandson is Cooper born July 20, 2006
They are also proud parents of the rescued "Koby", a Sealpoint Snowshoe Siamese from Valley Cats, and "Holly", a Jindo (Korean breed) from Animal Avengers.
About Alicia
A native of Buenos Aires, she has lived in the San Fernando Valley since 1978.

Alicia has volunteered many hours to the Devonshire Division of the Los Angeles Police Dept.
She Volunteers for the Habitat for Humanity.
Alicia is a volunteer for the reading program at the local grammar school since 2005.
She has a 20-year background in finance prior to joining Art in real estate.
Alicia enjoys exercise and the outdoors. Participating in Breast Cancer 3-day walk and the L.A. Marathons as well as the New Las Vegas Marathons are her latest accomplishments.
Alicia wins awards for real estate sales & performance every year. For 2006 she won the Masters Diamond Award and was #5 in the company. She also won the award for the most Outbound Referrals company wide. For 2008 Alicia was again a "Top Producer" coming in at #3 in our Chatsworth office and winning a Top Producer parking space for the year 2009. About Art

He was president of a computer manufacturing company for 17 years.
He loves photography and is able to take excellent digital pictures of his listings.
He has many hobbies (but not enough time for them) including ham radio.
Art does volunteer work for several non-profit organizations. He is webmaster for a non-profit Prostate Cancer group at www.paactusa.org & Thomas Jefferson High School Alumni Association at www.jeffhs.org.
Art is a past Board Member of Chatsworth B.I.D (Business Improvement District)(2 terms)
Art has been elected to the Board of the Chatsworth Neighborhood Council (3rd term) and serves on the Transportation Committee, the Safety Committee and the Community Enhancement Committee. He has formally served on the Equestrian Committee & the Land Use Committee.
Art has been appointed to the Chatsworth Design Review Board by the 12th District Councilman & is now serving for the fifth year.
Art is a Board Member and current Vice President of Bluegrass Country Court Homeowners Association.
Art is also a member of the Chatsworth Historical Society & the Chatsworth Community Coordinating Council.
In his "spare time" you might find him in the motorhome at the beach or other destination with the Elks camping club. Of course its lounge area has a cell phone & laptop computer for when you call.
